•Return Policy•

We do not accept returns unless item(s) purchased are defective. However, we do offer exchanges. We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days starting on the day of delivery to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. Your item can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value. Al Ahzaab will not be responsible for any shipping fees for items that are being exchanged. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost needed to return the item(s) and shipping fee for new item(s) to be shipped out.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

•Damages and Issues•

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

 

•Shipping Policy•

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Upon shipment of your order you will receive a tracking number to the email that was used to place your order. Al Ahzaab is NOT responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. In the rare event that your package is delayed, lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) for further assistance. 

Al Ahzaab will not replace any lost or stolen items.
